On va faire vite, tout cela n’est qu’une excuse pour montrer les incroyables logos lituaniens.
En gros,
- aux Pays-Bas, le mini-parti social/libéral D66 a retiré son soutien à la coalition christo-libérale, pour cause de scandale sur le refus de nationalité tardif à la députée d’origine somalienne (et passionaria anti-Islam) Hirsi Ali par sa camarade de parti Rita Verdonk, une ancienne matonne reconvertie en madone anti-immigrés. Le gouvernement Balkenende est reconduit pour un bail précaire jusqu’en novembre, les ultra-chrétiens-bizarres, les Fortuynistes et le D66 (par sens du devoir ou du n’importe quoi, on ne sait) promettant de se tenir tranquilles.

Let’s be quick, this is all an excuse to show the incredible Lithuanian logos. Roughly speaking:
- In the Netherlands, the tiny social/liberal D66 party has withdrawn its support to the Christian / liberal coalition, following the scandal of the belated refusal to bestow citizenship to the MP of Somalian origin (and anti-Islam passionaria) Hirsi Ali by her party-comrade, Rita Verdonk, a former prison she-warden turned anti-Immigrants czarin. The Balkenende cabinet is to survive on a precarious basis til November, as the Ultra-Christians weirdos, the Fortuynites and the D66 (in something that might be the sense of duty or the sense of ridicule) promise to remain quiet.
- en Lituanie, après une éternité quasi-allemande de doutes sur la situation ayant suivi la démission du PM social-démocrate Brazauskas consécutive au retrait du soutien du parti «travailliste» (les populistes du Darbo Partija, membres du Parti démocrate européen de Bayrou), un autre soc-démo, Gediminas Kirkilas vient d’être nommé, avec le soutien avec contrepartie de la droite. Il s’agit du 14ème gouvernement en 15 ans. Noms ridicules, alliances de revers, instabilité politique chronique, indifférence presque abstraite du monde extérieur: le paradis.

- In Lithuania, after a quasi-German eternity of doubts on the situation following the resignation of the Social-Democrat PM Brazaukas outpouring from the withdrawal of support by the “Labour” Party (the populists of Darbo Partija, also a member of Bayrou’s European Democratic Party), another SocDem, Gediminas Kirkilas has just been appointed, with the support *with* counterparts of the right. it’s the 14th cabinet in 15 years. Ridiculous names, alliances from the rear, chronic political instability, an almost abstract indiffence from the outer world: paradise.
- au Mexique, dans la présidentielle, le candidat de la gauche PRD Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador («AMLO») refuse de reconnaître la victoire du candidat des libéraux PAN au pouvoir, Felipe Calderon. A la Chambre, on s’oriente à une alliance entre le PAN et le PRI, l’ancien parti dominant («révolutionnaire institutionnel», ça ne s’invente pas). A noter, les pactes électoraux bizarres genre Verts / PRI et les logos dans des carrés arrondis, très Macintosh eighties.

- In Mexico’s presidential run, the left-wing candidate, PRD’s Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador ( “AMLO” ) refuses to acknowledge the victory of the candidate from the outgoing Liberals of PAN, Felipe Calderon. In the House, there are signs we are heading towards an alliance between PAN and PRI, the former dominant fraction ( “revolutionary institutional” , no joke). To note, the weird electoral pacts in the style of Greens / PRI. Also, the square logos with rounded corners, very 80’s Macintosh.
