– les Verts baissent partout. A Schaerbeek, ils trahissent leur engagement de \u00abplanter un Olivier\u00bb (conclure une alliance avec les socialistes et les chr\u00e9tiens) pour reconduire leur majorit\u00e9 avec les lib\u00e9raux, ce qui par r\u00e9torsion cause leur expulsion des majorit\u00e9s jusqu’alors Olivier ou \u00abarc-en-ciel\u00bb (vert-bleu-rouge) ailleurs dans l’agglom\u00e9ration Bruxelles. <\/p>\n
– La formule Olivier ou mieux, rouge-orange, a relativement le vent en poupe, notamment en Wallonie (Li\u00e8ge o\u00f9 elle \u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 en place, Tournai, Verviers, La Louvi\u00e8re, Charleroi) au lieu de la \u00abcoalition violette\u00bb actuellement au pouvoir au niveau f\u00e9d\u00e9ral, qui avait \u00e9t\u00e9 beaucoup r\u00e9pliqu\u00e9e au plan local.<\/p>\n
– Le succ\u00e8s personnel du ma\u00efeur socialiste d’Anvers ne doit pas occulter que l’Int\u00e9r\u00eat flamand continue de progresser, notamment dans les banlieues; il maintient son score tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9 \u00e0 Anvers et Malines, o\u00f9 il contraint les autres partis \u00e0 maintenir les alliances multicolores (\u00abveelkleur\u00bb).

\nMain lessons from Sunday’s electoral night:<\/p>\n
– main allies in the government: Flemish Liberals and Walloon Socialists, roll back as forecast. PM Verhofstadt does himself quite a mediocre score (in preferential votes) in Gent, PS pays here and there the price of bribery, including in La Louvi\u00e8re, Charleroi (where it loses its majority), Mons. Christians (allied in Flanders with \u00ab\u00a0moderate\u00a0\u00bb nationalists of the New Flemish Alliance) make themselves ingenuous again, in view of next year’s election. The double downturn benefits far right but also unitary far left of PTB+\/PVDA+. <\/p>\n
– Greens retreat everywhere. In Schaerbeek, they betray their pledge to \u00ab\u00a0plant an Olive-tree\u00a0\u00bb (ally with Socialists and Christians) and prolong their deal with the Liberals. As a measure of retaliation, they are expelled from til-then Olive-tree or \u00ab\u00a0rainbow\u00a0\u00bb (green-blue-red) majorities, else in Brussels’s urban area. <\/p>\n
– The Olive-tree formula, or, even better: red\/orange, is now quite \u00ab\u00a0in\u00a0\u00bb, notably in Walloon region (it was already in place in Li\u00e8ge, and now in Tournai, Verviers, La Louvi\u00e8re, Charleroi) in lieu of Violet coalition now ruling at the federal level, which had, til now, been replicated quite a lot at the local plan.<\/p>\n
– The personal success of Antwerp’s Socialist mayor should hide the fact that the Flemish Interest progress further, notably in suburbia. They maintain their high pollings in Antwerp and Malines. They constrain the upholding of multicolor (\u00ab\u00a0veelkleur\u00a0\u00bb) coalitions among others parties there. <\/p>\n
